The KD Panglima Hitam in Sepanggar, Sabah is the largest Malaysia underground military facility. Used for the Royal Malaysian Navy Naval Station. It was built in secret using a special funding from the special project division. 100 Bilion Ringgit were the estimated cost although the actual number could be more.

Built under a granite mountain, which render the base impeneterable by cannon, Bunker Buster bomb and able to withstand a direct hit by a nuclear missile.
